What We Offer
We offer a range of cuts seasonally during the year. Below are some examples of the meat cuts we offer. We'd be happy to provide a quote for greater quantities (halves and quarters) than what is shown below.

We would recommend ground goat as it is our preferred meat for burgers! Tenderloin is also a wonderful cut.

Most standard cuts available. We are particular to the less common teres major as well as the bavette cuts.
